Further Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore featured in this recent document disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing different sections of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as designs for boat shelters.

More materials disclosed as part of the current oversight release.
